Dr. Alex is a Chicago native who graduated from Logan University with his Doctorate of Chiropractic, and is certified in acupuncture.
During his undergraduate studies, Dr. Alex was introduced to the chiropractic profession after his mom was in a minor car accident and sought out chiropractic care for her injuries. He was fascinated by the way chiropractic takes a synergistic approach to wellness; addressing both the nervous and musculoskeletal systems. He takes an individualistic approach to his patient’s care, knowing that their symptoms and response to treatment are unique.
In addition to chiropractic adjustments, Dr. Alex believes in finding the root cause of his patient’s inflammation; this is where his interest in The Wellness Way began. He is passionate about utilizing our diet and lifestyle in order to treat dysfunction & improve one’s vitality. Dr. Alex is continuously studying nutrition and learning new ways to help his patients decrease their toxic exposures.
Dr. Alex is excited to be in Florida with his family. They enjoy exploring natural parks, browsing all types of music, growing their own food, and cooking tasty plant-based recipes!

Dr. Ryan grew up in Gainesville, Florida. He has always been amazed by the complexity of the human body; Anatomy and Physiology was his favorite subject! While studying at the University of Florida, he decided he wanted to help those who were sick become well again. To do that, he knew he needed to take a whole-body approach, and in 2013, he graduated with a doctorate degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Port Orange, FL. Through his years of education, this quote from Thomas Edison has always inspired him, “The doctor of the future will give no medications but will interest his patients in the care of the human frame, in diet, and in the cause of prevention disease.”
Knowing that our bodies never make a mistake and we have an amazing ability to heal ourselves, we can begin the healing process by fixing the “master controller” of the body, the nervous system. As a Wellness Way practitioner, he is better able to help people with an array of conditions such as hormone imbalances, GI issues, auto-immune, infertility concerns, and so much more by starting with the root of the problem: inflammation. His goal for opening the Wellness Way Largo clinic is to make the community where he works and plays the healthiest it can possibly be and get people back to doing what they love to do. He and his wife Lindsay love the Tampa Bay area because it’s perfect for raising their family. They are blessed to have 3 beautiful children, Breck and and Oliver and Madeline. They enjoy the outdoors - dog parks for their boxer Tanner, boating, farmers markets, and festivals along with the occasional Netflix binge on the side.
